A visual artist, a writer on photography, and a curator with a PhD from University of Arts in Poznan, Poland. Scholarships from Anderson Ranch Arts Center in Aspen, Colorado, and Polish Ministry of Culture and National Heritage (2011); a finalist of 2011 Critical Mass in Portland (with her latest ‘Women of Power’ project).

She was an artist-in-residence at WomanKraft Gallery in Tucson, and the Atlantic Center for the Arts in Florida. Her works were selected for “Photographers:network Selection 2010” and for ‘31 Women in Art Photography’ exhibition at Hasted Kraeutler New York (July 2012), Her works are included in ‘The Collector’s Guide to New Art Photography Vol. 2,’ (2010), she won “Optical: Staged” competition to have a show at Raandesk Gallery in New York (2011).

Her works have been exhibited at artxwomen at A.A. Fair in Los Angeles (with Porter Contemporary NY Gallery), Art Forum Berlin, Museum of Cinematography in Lodz, Chelsea Art Museum in New York, Zamek Art Center Poznan, CCA Elektrownia, Ethnographic Museum in Ljubljana among others.

Sits on editorial board of ‘Fotografia’ quarterly – a Polish printed photomagazine where she is a regular contributor, cooperates with 1000 Photography Magazine, “Format", ”Fototapeta” and other photo and art magazines. An associated editor for photography at VASA Journal. Wrote an introductory essay to LAB EAST- a book on 30 Eastern European photographers (2010), catalogues, conferences, Poznan Photo Biennial (where together with BRUN curatorial cooperative won 2011 curatorial competition). A co-curator of 9 and 10 Collectors’ Photography Project – and exhibition and auction of photography in Poland. Curated shows in Poland and in the USA, lectured on Polish and Eastern European photography as well as photography collecting. Her ‘Women of Power’ book is on the way.
