»Tuareg Women«
by Christine de Grancy

Tuareg women in a state of socio-economic flux. Tuareg women used to carry the so-called 'war milk' (akh n akanas) in former times. When they argued with their husbands, they would simply drink their own milk. Today they no longer have this ability because they do not have their own animals anymore. A story about nomads becoming settledness and the problems of this new society.
